It is well known that many fruits and vegetables have many health benefits for human body because they contain nutrients necessary for human body, especially when fruits and vegetables grown without using pesticides such as organic fruits and vegetables, then the resulting nutrients in these organic plants will be better, and will also more durable or not easily damaged
Organic crops are plant species which does not usage pesticides and artificial fertilizers. There are many benefits from organic plant for the human body for example as working to clean the blood, helping regeneration of new cells, maintaining levels of acid base balance in the body, remove toxins that accumulate in cells and so forth
Now awareness citizens of healthy lifestyle are increasing, and therefore organic food became the new trend in the citizens healthy lifestyle. This was triggered by increasing public awareness to reach healthy food and secure. By consuming organic foods addition of chemicals to avoid pesticide residues, the consumer may reach all the nutritional advantages of organic vegetables or fruit because the majority parts of vegetables and fruits are edible.

• When you buy organic food, then you should choose fresh organic foods such as fruits and vegetables fresh and not wilted

• When you do not directly consume organic foods after you buy, maintain organic foods in the refrigerator consequently that the organic vegetables or fruits are more durable, but not for too long the fruit and vegetable consumption of organic foods or try in order to consume organic vegetables and fruit are still in excellent condition and fresh consequently that the nutrients of organic food is still excellent and useful for the body.
