An Easy Quick Detox Diet Plan To Follow

When you are following a detox program it is important for you to follow a different diet than your usual one. This is because a detox diet is meant to aid in ridding our bodies of toxins. A lot of the food we consume on a daily basis is filled with toxins and things that are bad for us.

You should drink about 200mls of vegetable juice twenty minutes from the time you drank that first glass of water. Every other day you can substitute the vegetable juice with fruit juice. If you can t make your own juice buy organic, if possible, and make sure it has no additive of any kind.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make sure you stick to this quick detox diet breakfast. Raw muesli with a ripe banana, plums, peaches or any other stone fruits, you could also add sun dried fruit. An alternative to muesli is quick rolled oats. You should not eat dairy products so substitute milk with almond, soy or rice milk. Add a tablespoon of Quick Fibre Plus Carob to your breakfast as well.
